Information that we gather from you: NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE, EMAIL, and PDA Hot Sync User ID/Name.

EMAIL: Your email address is used to communicate with you about your purchase and/or when any upgrades become available on your purchased mobile products. Your email address is essential for use in providing you with your purchased registration key (mobile products native to device) and for responding to your inquiries. In addition, unless you opt out, we will periodically send you email newsletters when we have new product information available or selected promotional offers when such become available.

NAME/ADDRESS/PHONE: Your name and address is gathered from you mainly to protect The Company from credit card fraud. Your phone number is requested only in attempts to contact you alternately when email does not work. One example is for order fulfillment--sometimes email responses are spam filtered, so a phone number may be our only course of alternative contact.

PDA Hot Sync User ID name: This information is required in order to provide you your registration code (mobile products native to device) and is used only for this purpose.

COOKIES: At this time, The Company does not use cookies. We do review our site logs from time to time to understand site visits and volume of use. This information is general and does not reflect individual usage.

SPAM: We actively try to use practices that will help prevent people engaged in spam from accessing your email address(es).

THIRD PARTIES: We do not rent, sell, share, or disclose customer lists, including, but not limited to, your email or other personal information that we collect, to third parties. The only notable exceptions are as follows:
1) The information is necessary to protect from or thwart illegal use such as fraud, credit card risk or fraud, or other illegal activities. This protection is for the safety, the rights, and the property of The Company, our customers and users, and others.
2) A list of patrons who request a complimentary sponsored product, along with their pertinent information, may be provided to the sponsor at his/her request. This list is provided as a service to the sponsor to confirm which clients have redeemed their coupons. The Company is not responsible for what said sponsor does with this information, as it is usually already available to said sponsor due to the nature of the client/vendor relationship.
3) Should The Company be acquired by or merged with another company, we will transfer information about you. You will be notified prior to information being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

CHILDREN: The Company does not sell products for purchase by children. We may sell children's products for purchase by adults.
