    updates details:  updated! 07-May-2006

    v1.08:  Added icon support for all resolutions and all color depths.
    v1.07: internal release.
    v1.06:  Fixed bug that caused the points to not calculate.
    v1.05:  Added support for 5 way navigation button on the Treo.
    v1.04:  Reduced the opening nag pop up screen from at every launch to one per day, per customers' requests.  Added color icons.  Widened calories field to allow for 5 characters.  Misc. minor updates to subroutines.
    v1.03:  Corrects two minor bugs found only in OS 5 operating system: Fixes "About" menu error and reset issue on hot sync install.  Both bugs do not affect functionality of program.   Original Release  01-Jan-2004
