ignoring your requirements, I suggest...

In the past, I had mostly the same requirements that you list. In any app I ever used, there was always too much overhead. Tagging, priority, contexts, etc. All drove me from one app to another. Until I found something that actually worked for me. It might not be for you -- and please just skip over this if not appropriate ... but check out Mark Forster's new "AutoFocus" system. It can be implemented in various electronic systems, or with paper. It's new and still being refined, but it really feels good. http://tr.im/autofocus
